to get on with someone / 気が合う, お互いにうまくやっていく,仲良くやっていく
This means to have a good relationship with someone.
Here are some examples:
1) She’s getting on well with her new classmates.
2) Do you get on with your room mate?
3) I don’t get on with my boss. We’re always arguing
